We accept Cash On Delivery payments at delivery as well as in-store payments at pick up ( available only for Lebanon)
Our online payment is fully compliant with international standards of security systems including "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard Secure Code" which have strong authentication technologies to protect all online transactions against fraud. We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your card account upon checkout. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Cynthia Raffoul will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, shipping, taxes and duties before completing order transaction. To avoid any fraud, kindly count 2 working days maximum after the payment, for transaction verification & final confirmation before any delivery.

Is Shipping available?
Yes, Shipping is available after you have paid for the items using one of the available payment options.
For your protection, cynthiaraffoul.com purchases may be delivered by DHL for International and WAKILNI for Lebanon only to the billing address of your credit or debit card and must be received by someone at the billing address. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers but maintain tracking numbers for each delivery.
Note: The delivery commitment time depends on the day of departure from Lebanon compared to Europe, USA weekend & Middle East weekend as well.

Do you Ship as a gift?
Yes, we could ship as a gift after you instruct us to do so and after payment is made using one of the available payment options except for COD. We also offer gift-wrap for all of your special occasions.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas in Lebanon, GCC Countries, North America, U.E. and U.K. For Lebanon, orders will be delivered the second day of the pickup if made before 04:30 pm.
What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items, except earrings or customized pieces, within 24 hours following the date of delivery and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earrings returns for hygiene reasons. All returned article has to be accompanied by a sales receipt. To return an item or for further information, please contact us at email@example.com or call us on + 961 1 443491 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm except for Sundays, and we will go through the straightforward returns process with you. When emailing for a return, please clearly state your reason for the return, and full contact information including name, address, and telephone numbers. Cynthia Raffoul's returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
N.B: Broken item, on delivery, will naturally be replaced. Motives of return including the unsuitable size of an item will not be taken into consideration as there's a PDF file to download inserted in the website in order to give you the right size before buying the item.
